Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience and an MBA background to handle daily task management, team coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong command over Advanced Excel, and the ability to manage both technical and non-technical projects. This role requires a team-first attitude and the ability to ensure tasks are completed on time every day.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with team members to assign and track daily tasks and deliverables.
• Ensure same-day completion of requirements and project-related activities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English with internal teams and clients.
• Create and maintain Advanced Excel reports, trackers, and dashboards.
• Conduct daily stand-ups and follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technical and non-technical domains.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain documentation and support process efficiency improvements.

• Track deadlines, monitor progress, and keep all stakeholders informed.


Required Skills & Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• MBA degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong English communication skills – verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel – formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards.
• Excellent time management, team coordination, and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Ability to manage both technical and non-technical workstreams effectively.

Good to Have:
• Basic understanding of IT services, DevOps, or cloud operations.

• Experience in preparing client-facing status reports and updates.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum project methodologies.
