Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience and an MBA background to
handle daily task management, team coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong command over Advanced Excel, and the ability to manage both technical and non-technical projects. This
role requires a team-first attitude and the ability to ensure tasks are completed on time every day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential clients through various online leads portals and platforms.
• Generate new business leads and follow up on existing opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Present and demonstrate Sharkops’ services, including cloud solutions, software development, and other tech services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and create proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and follow up on sales opportunities effectively.
• Familiarity with lead generation platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, or software development is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive and result-oriented approach to sales.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or in the final year of study).
• Freshers or 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
